ABOUT US
Meet the architect.

Let's just say our origin story is one you've likely heard before. A villain kick-started our hero's journey. After resisting fate and ignoring all the signs, our hero begrudgingly accepted the truth: it was time to create Blueprint Content Strategy.
As one would expect, allies, sidekicks, and teams formed along the journey. Training was required, masters, senseis, and mentors had to weigh in, (s)words had to be wielded.
Until, finally, Blueprint Content Strategy emerged, fully fledged and ready to step onto its fated path as a technical content strategy firm.
OUR ORIGINS
The hero's journey.
THE HERO
Kim Melton
What can I say? I cherry-picked my team (me) I because I wanted the best. I am an independent shop, and I specialize in all things related to technical content, from strategy to execution.
That said, I understand that your needs may extend beyond technical content and content strategy, so partner with specialists, experts, and creatives outside my realm of expertise to ensure you have access to the full spectrum of services you need to deliver a game-changing brand and marketing experience.
Perhaps more importantly, I only work partner people who are passionate about what they do and who are dead-set on delivering an excellent product.
I take pride in my work, and that's at the heart of my success: I always deliver something I can be proud of.

Next, we have Hannah Stout. She's the artist in the group.
Hannah's job is to help our customers bring their brand to life visually and to create the user experience that is reflective of their brand's persona, service, and products.
The thing is - most designers specialize in one type of design: web or brand or print.
Not Hannah; she's one of a kind.
She has honed her craft and taken the time to develop expertise in all three methodologies, and it shows. Her work spans businesses of all markets and sizes, ranging from small salons to multi-billion dollar corporations. She has designed websites, created logos, laid out white papers, and more.
Hannah is a talented listener who has the enviable ability to get right to the crux of what her customers want. Then she incorporates what she hears into a visual representation that captures the heart of her customers' brand.
Hannah builds her digital designs on a foundation of User Experience (UX), laying the bricks for how customers interact with the businesses she serves.

I'm Kim - the founder of Blueprint Content Strategy.
My job is to help you build and refine your content strategy and create the content that puts words to your complicated and highly technical topics.
With nearly two decades of experience in technical writing and content creation, I have worked with companies of all sizes, from small tech start-ups to multi-billion dollar corporations. I am no stranger to building content strategies from the ground up, and I have a talent for distilling complex topics into information that you don't have to be an expert to understand.
I hold a certification in No Code AI and Machine Learning from MIT and I am a self-published novelist.
I am one of those people who loves to learn, and as a result, I'll happily sit down with your subject matter experts for hours to discuss gripping topics, like fiberglass or glue...
I'm not even kidding...but to each their own, right?
